How jack.ats handles information when you browse this site, buy something, or write to us. We keep as little as possible and never sell it.

When you order: name, email, shipping and billing address, what you bought, and order history. Payment card details go straight to Shopify and never reach us.

When you write to us or sign up for studio mail: your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

Automatically: standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address, browser, and pages requested. We use these to keep the site running and secure.

There are no analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. We don't build profiles, run retargeting, or sell or rent your information to anyone.

Shopify runs the shop, checkout, and payment, and holds order, payment, and studio-mail subscription records under its own privacy terms. Vercel hosts the site and keeps server logs. Shipping carriers receive the address needed to deliver your order. Email reaches us through our mail provider.

Each of these is a service provider acting on our behalf, not an audience we sell to.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores a cart identifier so a cart survives a page reload, and a flag recording that you dismissed the newsletter prompt. Both stay on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser.

Shopify may set its own cookies during checkout, which are governed by Shopify's privacy policy.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Correspondence is kept while it is useful to answer you. Studio-mail subscriptions are kept until you cancel.

Every studio-mail message can be cancelled from the message itself. You can also write to jack.allterrainstudio@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your data. Tell us what you need and we will meet it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We update this page when the way we handle information changes. The current version always lives here, dated above.
